There is little swiggle room for employees to grow in the same firm, because firms are made in dated 20th century structures. That's a big problem.
Can this be changed?
This unfortunately needs changes in our organisation structure, building more capabilities and thinking beyond business and organisation limits.
Luckily, we have a small idea on how to start infiltrating this situation

We are a platform which aims to achieve this or something similar.
And you have to worry about culture as much as everybody else - because as a third party business we are aiming to arm everybody with this new ability. We are an honest company working hard to shape this software and will create the right solution with your ideas and needs in mind. Building this yourself is going to be extremely hard and we urge you to rather talk to us.
